Last week we pushed Fluxonaut's "beta release version" to production after years of development and testing! It has been a long journey to reach this point, a lot of hits and misses, sweat, and tears.

We've reached the point where we feel we have a polished-enough product to call an MVP and the reality is that Fluxonaut will never be complete, like all SaaS, it's a living product.

I feel truly blessed to have reached this moment. I want to thank our investors who enabled us to make this dream come true, the team who gave their all (and some more), the testers who endured a lot of bugs and my wife, Angela, for her unconditional support during this rollercoaster - I wouldn't be here without their support and help.

Fluxonaut took a long time to build. Having the benefit of hindsight, we stayed too small for too long for such a big undertaking. During the first two years, we averaged around five people to produce a robust back-end, two front-ends (desktop and mobile), a site, and everything non-tech related. The team is still quite small for the number of features and complexity of our back-end. All of this to emphasize that Fluxonaut is truly a labor of love - we went above and beyond to bring you our vision for consuming information. During the process, we've published more than 100 versions to our testers (considering only the desktop version) and still feel we could've killed more bugs or added more features - I guess that's the feeling you get when you commit so much to something.

The team and I are excited to get things rolling and see, after so much time and effort, how will the future unfold. One thing is certain, even after all those years, we are fully aware that this is just the beginning.

As the amazing AC/DC song goes, It's a long way to the top (if you wanna rock 'n' roll).
